1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
3. Shipping Charges

Please check your cart for shipping charges depending on your order, amount and pincode.

Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or special delivery areas (if applicable).
4. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

Rural or Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, strikes, or festivals).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier link.
You can also track your order through our website under “Track Order” section.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at pip@whizzgrow.comwith your order number.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand soon — stay tuned!
